The platform now supports multiple modern authentication models—including Google, LinkedIn, Active Directory, and passwordless email magic links—with built-in single sign-on, centralized security controls, and a unified credential set across the Pro! Back Office and Remote Item Writing and Review. User management has been fully redesigned, enabling administrators to more easily create and manage users and roles, quickly find users through search and filtering, update key account details, and perform bulk actions.
