v5.2 Release Notes
Enhancements
Pro! Back Office
Authentication
The platform now supports multiple authentication models, allowing users to sign in using Google, LinkedIn, Active Directory, or a passwordless magic link delivered by email, with built-in support for single sign-on (SSO). These options are based on modern identity standards to provide a secure, streamlined sign-in experience across social, enterprise, and email-based authentication methods.
This flexible authentication approach simplifies onboarding while supporting account linking across multiple sign-in methods. Organizations can apply centralized security controls, such as multi-factor authentication, session policies, and access governance, ensuring consistent enforcement regardless of how users authenticate.
Additionally, only a single set of user credentials is needed to access both the Pro! Back Office and the Remote Item Writing and Review portal. Qualified existing users will be merged during deployment.

To streamline administration, the system now supports bulk user actions, including activation/deactivation, role assignment, section assignment, and user deletion.
