The International Dairy Deli and Bakery Association to Develop Items using Strasz Essentials!

The IDDBA has chosen to use Essentials! for item development and test publication of the Certified Charcuterie Professional examination. In May they will deliver the inaugural examination for the certification via the Strasz Online Proctoring Service. There are certificates and possible new certifications to come from IDDBA in future.
