Examination Cloning – Cut Publishing Time
Manually recreating exams is a thing of the past! With Examination Cloning, you can duplicate an entire exam in seconds—keeping all settings and layout configurations intact. This feature minimizes human error and drastically reduces the time needed to publish exams, giving exam development specialists the power to focus on quality rather than tedious data entry. Simply navigate to the Exam Form Group listing, click Clone, and give your new exam a name!
One-Click Efficiency for Large Item Pools
Managing item assignments across large pools has never been easier. Previously, exam administrators had to assign items page by page—now, with Pro! v4.6, you can assign all items to a Primary Reviewer in a single step. This enhancement dramatically improves workflow efficiency, especially for organizations handling a high volume of items.
Seamless Commenting
We’ve redesigned the way comments work in Pro! v4.6 to provide a more intuitive and flexible experience. The Comments Tab has been replaced with a resizable and movable popup, allowing users to view comments and item content simultaneously for a more efficient workflow. Whether adding new comments, adjusting visibility, or deleting feedback, all changes are instantly saved and function independently of the item’s content.

Gary Spivack has worked in the testing industry since the mid-90s as a software engineer, developing complex software systems that span item authoring, examination delivery drivers, scoring, and reporting systems. His drive to have systems be best-of-breed in the industry inspired him to become the product owner for Strasz Assessment System’s suite of products. When not at work, Gary continues self-improvement through martial arts and, of course, follows the Philadelphia sports teams.
