As the credentialing landscape continues to evolve, organizations face increasing expectations around validity, security, scalability, and candidate experience. Over the past year, we have remained deeply committed to meeting those expectations by investing in innovation, strengthening partnerships, and expanding the capabilities of the products and services our clients rely on.

Expanding Our Impact Across the Assessment Industry
Our presence in the assessment industry is stronger than ever. Over the past year, our team has participated in more than 15 industry conferences and events as attendees, sponsors, and presenters, engaging with credentialing bodies, licensure programs, professional associations, and testing leaders across various sectors. These conversations play a critical role in shaping how we design solutions that address real-world challenges, from psychometric rigor and test security to operational efficiency and candidate experience.
That industry engagement is matched by meaningful growth in our client base. In the past year alone, we welcomed 10 new clients, reflecting growing confidence in our technology, expertise, and long-term vision for the assessment ecosystem.
Advancing AI-Enabled Assessment Solutions
A major focus of our investment has been research and development in artificial intelligence. Over the past year, our R&D teams have developed and tested multiple AI-enabled prototypes, several of which have already evolved into customer-facing solutions.
One standout example is AiTA, our AI-supported linear optimization solution for test assembly. AiTA has already delivered tangible results, including securing our first Fortune 100 client. This milestone underscores both the maturity of our approach and the demand for advanced, defensible automation in assessment operations.
Beyond commercial deployments, we are actively collaborating with leading organizations such as the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) to test, refine, and validate AI-based applications in high-stakes environments. These partnerships help ensure that innovation is grounded in psychometric rigor, governance, and real operational needs.
At the same time, we continue to enhance and expand our established product suite, including Pro!, Test!, and SetScore!. Ongoing improvements ensure that clients benefit not only from new innovations but also from continuous refinement of the core platforms that support item development, exam delivery, and standard setting.
Strengthening Enterprise-Grade Services and Infrastructure
Beyond products, we continue to support complex assessment programs that require deep operational expertise, robust security controls, and long-term stability. Our work with organizations such as the AICPA reflects this commitment, with ongoing enhancements focused on modernizing infrastructure, improving reporting and analytics, and simplifying business processes, without compromising compliance or reliability.
Across our services portfolio, we have emphasized cloud-based architectures, modern analytics tools, and strong security and control frameworks. Through continuous feature releases, we updated our core products to address key client needs, address evolutions in the credentialing industry, and add major feature sets. These efforts support both day-to-day operational excellence and long-term scalability, ensuring that programs can adapt as candidate volumes, delivery models, and regulatory expectations evolve.
A Long-Term Commitment to the Assessment Community
This past year continued a long-standing pattern of sustained investment in technology, people, and partnerships. We believe that meaningful innovation in assessment requires a long-term perspective, one that prioritizes quality, defensibility, and trust over quick wins.
After more than a decade of focused investment, we remain confident in our direction and in the teams behind our solutions. The assessment industry is undergoing significant change, driven by advances in technology, evolving workforce needs, and increased scrutiny around fairness and validity. Our goal is to help organizations navigate that change with tools and services that are innovative, secure, and grounded in psychometric best practice.
If your organization is exploring new approaches to assessment, whether modernizing existing programs or evaluating emerging technologies, we welcome the conversation. Learn more about our solutions or connect with our team to explore how we can support your assessment goals.
