The QA process we've developed for our own projects is available to clients who require assistance with their QA needs.

Strasz Consulting provides QA consulting and oversight for those looking to augment their existing QA process and teams. This service begins with a QA Assessment and results in a set of deliverables tailored to each client. A Next Steps plan is presented in an executive briefing highlighting the findings, risk mitigations and implementation strategy.

Strasz Consulting also provides inhouse and outsource resources to execute a QA Process from designing and developing test strategy to the executing of the test plan. This service can be provided by Strasz Consulting personnel or we can train and mentor your team to make them a self-sufficient QA team.
