Frank Strasz founded Strasz Assessment Systems in 1995 to provide software development services to the assessment industry. In 2002, he embarked on a growth strategy for Strasz by adding to the executive leadership team and landing a number of large, ongoing software development engagements. He has continued to expand Strasz's business base, resulting in a mature software company with a successful deployment rate of 100%. Frank, who began his career at Educational Testing Service (ETS), has 25 years of experience in the assessment industry. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
Chief Operating Officer
A software development veteran of 20 years, Jeff McGregor joined Frank Strasz in 2002 to help build a balanced and effective software development company predicated on open and honest communication with clients. Jeff helps clients realize their strategic visions by utilizing his software development, project management, business analysis, and organizational change management skills. Prior to joining Strasz, Jeff was a Systems Engineer for one of the world's largest systems integrators, EDS (now HP Enterprise Services), working on large-scale engagements for clients such as AT&T and Verizon.
Vice-President, Software Development
Gary DelDuca joined Frank Strasz in 2002 to ensure the delivery of high quality software for Strasz customers. Over the past 23 years Gary has gained valuable tactical knowledge in software development, testing, and operations. This experience includes 12 years in computer-based testing plus 11 years in the communications industries with EDS (now HP Enterprise Services), working for communication clients such as AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Since joining Strasz Gary has served in a number of leadership roles, including Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Software Development.
