Strasz's CustomerHelpCustomer Support System is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for our Strasz Exam Management Suite customers.

The four main sections included in the Strasz Customer Support center include:

  1. Support requests: Submit and track your support requests.
  2. Announcements: Receive updates and general information.
  3. FAQ: Obtain answers to frequently asked questions.
  4. Release notes: Information regarding system enhancements.
